Hi! I'm Iris Scavo, the Founder of Fleur de Marsca. Also, the older sister and the "sca" portion of Marsca. I’ve always had a deep love and affinity for the French culture, so much so that my husband proposed in Paris! I began my floral design career after my wedding in 2020. Throughout my life, I’ve always carried an old romantic soul, which I feel has led me to my passion of creating floral designs for the deeply romantic. I founded Fleur de Marsca based on my affinity for French sophistication and elegance, which is the guiding principle of our design philosophy. I believe strongly in tailoring my couples’ experience and providing them with a unique and truly personalized process.
Bonjour! I’m Isis Marrero, the Co-Founder and Creative Director behind the beauty of Fleur de Marsca. I'm also the younger sister and the "Mar" portion of Marsca. When it comes to floral design, there truly is nothing I love more than curating an aesthetic selection of varying florals. Prior to my floral design endeavors, I developed a marketing career within the Luxury Hospitality Industry. My background in this industry has given me the opportunity for my creativity to span between two mediums, including the physical floral elements, and the luxury design aspects of our brand. My passion for hospitality and unique client experiences has translated into the smallest of details including our floral selections, brand amenities, and throughout all aspects of Fleur de Marsca.
